We value the partnership and relationship we have with CCACO and look forward in continuing to support CCACO in its growth and future successes. Sharing the mutual goals in improving care coordination, and extending high quality care and improved patient outcomes, MDLand works to support the goal to ensure that patients get the right care at the right time, while preventing medical errors and avoiding unnecessary duplication of services.
