MDLand Speaks at Health Forum on Innovation in Hypertension Management
Innovation in Hypertension Management, the forum hosted by Healthfirst and NYU-CUNY Prevention Research Center on September 20, 2018 was deemed a success and received glowing feedback from its audience of payers, academic researchers, public health/DOHMH, NYU, and community-based providers.
MDLand’s co-founder and Sr. Vice President, Mr. James Long was invited to speak on digital health innovation on population health management. James discussed how providers can leverage their EHR infrastructure by applying various digital technologies to optimize workflow, enable team-based approach, and engage patients to close the care gap and improve the overall population health management, including hypertension and other chronic disease conditions.
